Designing Piazza at Stara Hercegovina
Main idea of suggested design is to improve comfortable use of whole space of Piazza during entire year. Concept of experiencing space as unique entity is achieved by turning it into Park-Piazza.
Dominant in design are 4 visually strong elements: pavement, plenty of trees in lines, regularyplaced benches that separate different segments of space and sculptural fountain with sitting around water.
Resulting space at the same time gives feeling of wideness as well as intimacy. Simple and flexible scheme provide elegant separation for all users.
Landscape architecture is elegant and fresh thanks to natural materials. New space should provide freedom for different cultural and artistic happenings.
